PERFORMANCE PLEDGES
We, the key frontline personnel of the City Government of Antipolo, are committed to serve the people of the Pilgrimage Capital City with integrity, professionalism and high quality public service towards sustainable development.
We commit to serve our clientele with utmost courtesy, sincere dedication at all times and in line with the following service standards:
- Serve you promptly by authorized personnel with proper identification from Mondays to Fridays, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and 24/7 for selected frontline services;
- - Provide clear and straightforward information about our services and at least one number for telephone inquiries to help you get in touch with a person of authority on the subject at hand;
- - Attend to personal inquiries within three (3) minutes;
- - Empower the public through 24/7 access to information on our policies, programs, activities and services through our website (www.antipolo.gov.ph);
- - Respond to letters and other requests according to the standards of the Civil Service Commission and quickly respond on information about the procedure on request. As such we commit to:
- - Reply to email communications within a day.
- - Respond on simple transactions that require ministerial actions to be acted on by the assigned officer or employee within five (5) working days and may be extended for another five (5) days under unusual circumstances.
- - Act on complex transactions requiring the use of discretion in the resolution of complicated issues to be acted upon by the assigned officer or employee within ten (10) working days and may be extended for another ten (10) days under unusual circumstances.
- - Set appointments for clients who may have to be dealt with in a longer period and see them within 10 minutes of their appointment time.
- - Offer coffee or tea or cold water to clients who may have to wait for more than fifteen (15) minutes
- - Provide an entertainment in the form of music or television, for their convenience at the time they have to wait for the service they have requested;
- - Do everything that is reasonably possible to make services available to everyone without prejudice, including people with disabilities and senior citizens. Assist them as well in taking flights of stairs and other assistance they may need;
- - Provide directions to visitors who are unfamiliar with the office premises.
- - Keep our facilities and office premises clean and orderly for the convenience of our clientele.
- - Consult users regularly about the services provided, and provide feedback mechanism for monitoring and evaluation of the results;
- - Value every citizen’s comments, suggestions, and needs;
- - Provide written explanation for any delays in our frontline services.
