ABOUT THE SERVICE: The main purpose of applying for a business permit is to register a business, trade undertaking and activity within the City of Antipolo. It will also enable the office to regulate business operations and implement rules and regulations as may be enacted by the City Council from time to time and other laws and regulations that will be implemented by the government.

ABOUT THE SERVICE: The main purpose of applying for cessation of a business is to update the record of the City Government of Antipolo and to avoid accumulation of taxes and penalties of the taxpayer/business establishment concerned. Enterprises that have ceased to operate its business must file an application for Retirement of Business.
The Inspection Team of BPLO conducts verification to confirm closure of a business establishment.

TOTAL FEES/CHARGES: Assessment of taxes on the business to retire will depend on the gross receipts that the taxpayer have earned and declared from January 1 to the date of retirement of the business. Rates are in accordance with Chapter II, Article J (Business Tax), Section 2.J.02 of the Revised Revenue Code of Antipolo City (2000).

ABOUT THE SERVICE: BPLO provides issuance of permit on streamers/tarpaulins/ posters to business establishments/schools/other entities for promotion purposes of their product/services/ events in order to regulate their posting, placing, stringing, attaching and installing within the city to continuously preserve the natural beauty and maintain orderliness of surroundings, maintain cleanliness and pleasant atmosphere, to promote the health and safety of people and ensure their right to a balanced ecology in accordance with the City Ordinance No. 2006-242.
