Mission

To develop state-of-the-art technology, infrastructure, information systems and services.

Vision

The integration of city-wide information system which will be utilized in the planning, management and administration of all city government offices/annexes in Antipolo City.

DEPLOYMENT

•Training on Antipolo City Corporate Website with Document Tracking System

• Development of Requirements Document and Software Requirement Specifications

IT EQUIPMENT EVALUATION AND MAINTENANCE

• Provides ongoing support for new technologies, desktop applications, network reliability, servers,

routers and any system problems.

• Conducts auditing of all existing computers owned by the city.

• Provision and support services to offices wanting to procure computers.

• Identification of computer hardware specification must be stated in the Purchase Order after evaluation

of the office computerization needs.

• Provision of IT equipment technical support by deploying technical support personnel to troubleshoot

and maintain 80 computer units, 50 printers and 35 AVR/UPS both in hardware and software aspects.

IT TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE

• Provision of data cabling of City Hall Offices in the main building.

• Backs up of all files and programs residing in the servers in the computer area.

• Technical assistance on structured network, computer hardware's and installed application software's.
