1) Provision of Information to Written, Phoned-in, or Walk-in Queries.
ABOUT THE SERVICE : The CAO provides information to queries of clients on agriculture and/or agriculture-related concerns received either by phone or in person.
CLIENT GROUPS : General Public
REQUIREMENTS : Personal appearance at the City Agriculture Office or its field office; Letter of Inquiry addressed to the City Mayor through the City Agriculturist
SERVICE SCHEDULES : Monday to Friday; 8am to 12nn and 1pm to 5pm

of printed information materials on agriculture and other information services like the E-farming
(agricultural online services) and the existence of the FITS (Farmers and Information Technology
System) Center for agricultural research and education.

ABOUT THE SERVICE : In promotion of agriculture, the City Agriculture Office also provides various extension services that address the needs of farmers and other prospective service recipients like the conduct
of instructional meetings, method demo (specific farm practice and technology), farm and home visits,
exhibits/guided tours, etc.
CLIENT GROUPS : Farmers, community organizations, cooperatives, and others
REQUIREMENTS : Letter of Request addressed to the City Mayor through the City Agriculturist.
SERVICE SCHEDULES : Monday to Friday; 8am to 12nn and 1pm to 5pm

- Farm machinery, tools and equipment - Irrigation facilities
- Food processing materials - Post harvest facilities

REQUIREMENTS : Letter of Request addressed to the City Mayor through the City Agriculturist.

processing of the project proposal and grant of financial/input assistance
